Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
functioning kitchenstarter pack
The fully functioning kitchen was a great bonus for my stay. I especially appreciated the starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk (it helped a lot when I arrived late).

The hotel location was great. It was a short walk to the Aldgate East station. The staff was efficient, quick, and friendly. They solved issues swiftly and the team always responds promptly and were super helpful.
I noticed the cleanliness was not great. There were toothpaste stains all over the bathroom sink and glass stains on the coffee table. I think housekeeping should pay more attention to details.

The cafe downstairs was nice. The hotel has a good cafe. I observed it offered pastries and coffee. It also offered a variety of sandwiches and light meals.

the couch material felt itchy on my skin. the bed creaked on one side it became uncomfortable around night four.
